The acquired business is focused on hanger-rod all aluminum awning canopies, standing seam awnings, shutter, sail shades and other structural and fabric-based
awnings that serves the commercial and residential markets through direct sales and thru a dealer network.

It focuses on the commercial real estate, hospitality, restaurant, malls, entertainment, event venues and residential markets. The acquisition strengthens Dorchester Canopies’ position in structural and commercial awning space and expands its ability to deliver innovative shade solutions to customers nationwide thru a dealer network.
